Development of Rule-Based Diagnostic Algorithms with Artificial Intelligence Methods for the Determination of Cardiovascular Diseases

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) data, heart diseases are among with highest mortality rate. Cardiovascular diseases, known as cardiovascular defined formation of plaque on inner wall vessel, hardening vessels, narrowing vessel and making blood flow difficult. The diagnosis disease is made by examining various clinical findings. findings tests take time, prolonging diagnostic phase. For this reason, new tools methods being researched facilitate process. Materials Methods: Heart dataset from Kaggle, a public sharing site, was used in study. There 14 features dataset. were selected Eta correlation coefficient reduced 11. Rule-based algorithms have been developed help decision tree algorithms. Results: As result study, rule-based at approximately 5 levels, an average accuracy rate 94.15, sensitivity 0.98, specificity 0.91. Conclusion: model performances, it has high artificial intelligence for CVD, thought that can be algorithm clinician.
